Shipping, Refunds & Exchanges


Due to the handmade nature of these products, refunds and/or exchanges will NOT be offered for any reason. We do however guarantee our work and will make exceptions on a case by case basis within 3 days of delivery date. Please contact us via email as soon as you receive your order if there are any issues.

In the event that an exception to the cancellation policy is made, a fee of $20 will be deducted from your refund.


We are not responsible for any damages after an item has been delivered. If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of arrival. If you do not contact us within 3 days of delivery date, we will NOT under any circumstances, issue a replacement or repair your item. All damaged items will need to be approved and returned before a replacement or repair is issued. You will also be required to send pictures of any damages prior to approval. If we suspect that damages are caused by user error (dropped, ironed, put in dishwasher, etc.), repairs and replacements will not be made. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once an order is placed, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Shipping & Processing

All orders are usually processed and shipped within 5-10 business days after an order has been placed. Processing times may increase during busier seasons.

Please Note: USPS & UPS estimated ship times are IN ADDITION to our processing times and are completely out of our control.

Add-ons will NOT be offered, unfortunately its just too much to keep track of.

First Class packages have NO insurance and will NOT be replaced if damaged/lost/stolen.

Priority packages are insured through USPS, if there is any damages or missing items from your order please take multiple pictures of the packaging and e-mail them to us at email within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Double check your shipping address. We will NOT be responsible for any packages sent to an incorrectly supplied address.

Double Check that you entered an email address during your checkout. Tracking numbers cannot be sent to phone numbers.

Tracking numbers are generated and sent automatically via email when orders are fulfilled. Please check your spam folders to be sure you’re accepting our e-mails.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
